Just like the other reviews on here. Another failed IKEA delivery. Automated call to confirm delivery two days before date of delivery. Come day of delivery they call 10 mintues before end of their delivery window saying they couldn't find my order and was not on the truck. Made me reschedule to another day...Expected better from Ikea to use such a unorganized company.

The worst delivery company. I paid 75$ for shipping and it took FIVE attempts to deliver something from an IKEA store 12 km away! FIVE ATTEMPTS (1st they couldn't find the door, 2nd no reason given, 3&4 truck broke down). The hours wasted on their delivery windows totaled 20 hours, for something 12 km away. I could have walked there and back 4 times for all the time I spent waiting.

XPO logistics is the absolutely worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. This is my 4th attempt trying to receive the order and still they didn’t arrive. Unfortunately for Rona I won’t be a customer anymore. I have booked many days off just for this and have been bounced back and forth between Rona and XPO logistics just trying to reschedule a delivery that they claimed was β€œcompleted” and didn’t see anything regarding my purchase on file. Please save yourself the time and shop elsewhere if you can pick up or even rent a van to pick up your product. The delivery fee is definitely not worth all this inconvenience.

On August 16, 2019, XPO Logistics delivery driver reversed their truck into the roof of my front porch. I immediately called Ikea as the goods were purchased from them and I was referred to XPO Logistics and I immediately made contact. The claim form was sent to me via email for me to complete and submit along with an invoice indicating the cost of the repair. On August 22, 2019, I submitted the damage claim and other pertinent information (including pictures) to XPO Logistics via email. I was informed that the claim process would take up to 3 weeks. It is now May 7, 2020, and I'm STILL WAITING ON XPO Logistics to approve the claim and repair my roof. I have called on several occasions and keep getting the runaround. At first, I was told the correct person didn't receive the claim and I had to resend it, another day I was told that the manager handling the claim is not in office, another time I'm told the person is on vacation for a week. I was also told that the claim was being processed by their office in the United States. On many other occasions when I called XPO Logistics, I was told that the manager was unavailable and that the call will be returned. I AM STILL WAITING ON THE TELEPHONE CALL!!! Clearly, XPO Logistics is lacking in professionalism and customer service delivery. If I could give a zero rating I would as this company is not deserving of even a one.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Absolutely rude delivery service. They came outside of the agreed shipping window of 5-9pm, which forced me to leave work early just to catch their delivery. I told them politely that the IKEA delivery agreement said I should check for damages and deficiencies during the offloading, but the delivery ppl argued with me that they won't wait and even threatened that if I don't sign off on delivery notice, that I lose warranty. So I asked them to just wait while I show them the IKEA delivery agreement and they jumped back into the truck and drove off. They damaged the sofa box, it was ripped up on one side. I called IKEA right away to report this rude and inept service. If you can avoid Xpologistics do so. If IKEA puts them on your delivery tab, ask IKEA to switch for another delivery service provider. Not worth the hassle and headache.

The Customer Service is the WORST. They don't care about their customers at all. Cx rep was not concerned at all and it was a simple request for them to contact their driver "if possible" to make the delivery earlier. And he just rebuffed me.

I placed a large IKEA order and had it delivered here by XPO Logistics. The gentlemen that delivered my items had excellent communication. They called me when they were close to my house, to make sure I was home and let me know they would be here shortly. They then called me back letting me know they'd arrived. This allowed me enough time to put a mask on to protect them and myself. Both social distanced and wore their masks for COVID safety. The two gentlemen were very friendly to myself and even said good morning to my 5 year old son. They carried everything into my front entrance for me, So I didn't have to struggle with carrying in the items. I'm very happy and pleased with the service they provided. A++

RATING: NEGATIVE 10 The worst logistics company! They are not punctual with their time and they let their clients wait for many hours. They delivered my 2 orders from IKEA and I need to chase them where are their drivers. I received a message saying that they will be in my location in 30 minutes but actually they will come after 1 hour or more, and my schedule is messed up. And in 1 delivery, they came 5 minutes before the end of the delivery window that was set and it was a trouble to me to re-adjust my booking for the elevator in our condo. It was a big messed and they were not careful also when loading the items in the elevator, they just pushed inside even the items are were not fitting properly. If I can give a negative rating, I would give them -10...
