The organized staff and communication has been fantastic. It couldn’t be more smooth, even with our employees that have a language barrier there’s always a system in place to make sure we’re all kept in the loop. Thank you for always taking such good care of us and our staff. Even with our occasional hiccup, you will go out of your way to do all that you can to help. We appreciate all you do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service to and from Calgary daily. Why bother driving to Calgary and pay for parking if your flying out when you could be delivered directly to the airport or a nearby airport hotel. They also have a customer punch card for frequent travelers. Nice clean vans. Excellent staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drivers can't be bothered to stop at a safe distance with crosswalks, apparently if the entirety of the crosswalk is under the vehicle its ok to your drivers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, bus is packed tight, made me miss my flight once due to a lazy miscommunication, the one lady driver yells at people like "CLOSE MY DOOR!! YOU DO NOT OPEN MY DOOR!!!" I will be switching to J&L shuttle for weekly commute.
Edit-now that I'm actually in the van it seriously feels and sounds like this thing is gonna fall apart.

I recieved a refund promptly, great company, I am still fighting with the airline(West Jet)for my refund. Please support small credible businesses like Prairie Sprinter Shuttle.
