★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible company! Delivered the wrong toilet to me, when the driver arrived he had no clue what he was doing. I then called the head office to verify what was going on and they started hanging up on me and placing on hold. I would strongly advise to stay far away from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever. They ask to take a one time payment from a credit card and then just start charging from that credit card without a premission for preauthorize debit. When you call them there is a manager called Robert who yells does not want to hear what you have to say. He picks up the phone goes like” listen to me or I’m hanging up the phone and he repeats him self” I would highly recommend not to go with them. They charged us for a month service when they did not provide it for two weeks. This company is very ridiculous and will not even eslvate your issue to anyone higher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Company!! Rented a toilet from this company & it was delivered promptly. The employee who drives the White Peterbilt Service Truck is friendly & professional. I believe his name was Chris. He did a great job servicing the toilet, it was cleaned very well & everything was restocked. Would highly recommend this company! Make sure to ask for Chris as your service driver.

They delivered bins all summer to service my landscaping business. Prompt and easy to work with. Drivers were great, as I wanted replacement bins in the same location as the bin they were removing, they did had to do some tricky maneuvering.
Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porta potties were clearly not serviced on a weekly basis. Once, they claimed they serviced my porta potties on a Wednesday, no one was on site Thursday, I come back Friday to find no flush water for the sink. I call and email them requesting a service because I had 15 guys on site with no water to wash hands. They said they will not send anyone to service it until Wednesday. Avoid them. They don’t care

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you or someone you know needs a portapotty I strongly recommend you do not use this company. When you sign and on their website says they clean once a week. I'm on week 3.. 15 days out and no one has come to service it. I've called, I've emailed, I've left messages. And nothing. they just tell you it's getting serviced the next day and nothing happens I got all my crew driving to the nearest bathroom to use their facilities wich equals to 30min per visit so I'm loosing about 4-6 hours per day because there is no bathroom. Do yourself a favor and use another company. I pleaded with the lady on the phone and pretty much got told the owner supervisor is not in and that I have to wait again for tomorrow to get serviced. I asked if there's anything she can do and got a straight "nope".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a toilet from this place and they claim they will clean your toilets once a week. What a lie! They do not provide once a week service as it gets delayed to like 3 or 4 weeks! Because of this my guys would literally leave the site and then no work would get done. To add to that when you call them about service they speak rudely to you not even professionally. Plus the owner Jeof is never able to provide any answers. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Would give negative stars if I could!

I can attest to all the negative reviews people have posted about toilets not being serviced, putting credit on autorenewal without permission and the person named Robert. I had to deal with all these and more when I rented a portable toilet with this company. I urgently needed a portapotty and it was the new year so I didn't have an opportunity to look around and that was my biggest mistake.
Beware! they claim that all calls are recorded but will only honour removal request sent by email but will put your card on autorenewal without any email documentation (basically they can run the business based on phone calls but the customer has to send an email before they send you invoice. I strongly recommend that all unhappy customers also complain to BBB as this is a VERY BAD Business.
