This was the first time I had to deal with a flooded basement due to cracked pipes, it wasn't a pleasant scene. I was referred to Restoration 1 by a friend and gave them a call. I was quite impressed with the level of professionalism and turn around time. They were pleasant to deal with and made sure all of my concerns were looked after. The job was completed ahead of estimated time and I was very pleased with the pricing, much cheaper than I anticipated. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for help with water damage, you won't be disappointed.

Eric, Mike and the team are currently fixing my house after my neighbour's garage randomly went up in flames. We are so lucky to have such efficient, kind, hard working folks putting our house back together again. There are three other "restoration" company's on our street as the fire affected three houses and Restoration 1 is the most well equipped, competent and productive. I would recommend these guys to anyone who is in need of a team that will have your house back in working order ASAP!

These guys are amazing! I had some flood damage in my condo and needed all of my flooring replaced. I called a couple companies to get alternates to the contractor my insurance company selected. There was no comparison to Restoration 1, they blew the competition away. The quoting process was easy, Eric came by right away and provided a very competitive price. He was easy to work with and helped me navigate the nightmare of working with my insurance company. Rob, their construction manager, sealed the deal though. His level of service was beyond compare. Every company said it would be impossible to match my existing flooring so I would need to replace all flooring because it's continuous throughout my condo. Naturally, I asked to see what they would be replacing it with. Rob came by with his bag of samples so I could see my options - my insurance contractor would not do this without first giving them the job, which is just crazy. Rob took one look at my floor and said "This is a nice floor, I don't have any standard samples you'll like. I'll have to track something down." And he did! He contacted a bunch of suppliers and a few weeks later he came to both my home and work to review the samples he found. He worked his ass off and made sure he found something I liked. The work itself was executed flawlessly. I decided to get my place painted while they were doing the floors, paid out of pocket since that wasn't covered by insurance. Again, great pricing on the painting. Very high quality work - they take their time and pay attention to the small details. I had a very small punchlist when they were done and they took care of it all without any complaints. I would both recommend them to others and I would use them again if I ever need work done.

I live in a condo apartment. The washer was too full and shook so much that the hose got unhooked. Subsequently, a flood occurred in the hallway, master bedroom, living room and dining room. I called Restoration 1 and they immediately sent me two gentlemen: Eric and Dorian. They told me that they would completely look after my problem. They gave me a quote and billed directly my home insurance company. Eric worked with me to reduce my insurance deductible so I would not have to pay any amount. They cleaned up the flood and even replaced the laminate floor in the above-mentioned areas. My apartment looks like no flood took place in it! I am very satisfied with their promptness and performance. I highly would recommend their services to anyone facing water damage issues.

We had a leak with our washing machine and water started pooling on the basement floor. I called Eric at Restoration1 in Toronto and he had a crew at my house with drying equipment in under 1HR. Excellent service, response time and team. I would highly recommend this company if you ever find yourserlf dealing with water damage, flooding etc....

I called Restoration One in a panic after finding my finished basement under 4 inches of water. They arrived within minutes and reassured me that 1. they would take care of everything and 2. 'it was not that bad' :-) 3. I would have my family room back in time for Christmas Eric and his team kept all of their promises and I would recommend them highly. The various teams that came in and out to clean, repair and replace were diligent, polite, neat and did not waste a spare minute while on the job. I am very grateful for their expertise. Many thanks. Restoration 1 delivered what they promised, and left something extra (good) behind! We had a small basement flooding and Restoration 1 came to the rescue to dry out very quickly. They also worked with our insurance company to sort out repair plan. We did experience delays due to contractor issue but once Eric and Ron were notified of the delay, they were hands on and finished the job as quickly as they can. The basement is now better than before! I am happy with the end result. Thank you Restoration 1.

I can't say enough good things about Restoration 1. They get a 10/10. After a sewer backup they responded very quickly (i can't remember the cleanup man's name but he was so professional and excellent) and did an amazing job. Robert and Mirko were fantastic to deal with on the repair side of things. Everything was handled quickly and professionally and the basement looks brand new. Finally, Ashley in the office was great to deal with and helped explain the billing side of things (and helped coordinate payments from insurance to the Company etc). Also note during the pandemic that everyone was very respectful and always wearing masks. Thank you so much to the team at Restoration 1. I would work with them in a heartbeat going forward.
