★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Had hardwood flooring installed second floor everything fine, first floor used two finishings. Matte and satin finish. Called many times never got any solutions. Dealing now with Better Business Bureau that will always be a better way to get solutions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would honestly give this place 1.5 stars. Really nice family who runs this business, however, the quality of work and finished result is disappointing.
They gave an initial quote of $2200 upon arrival Crane asked for $400 more since he claimed to not have known about removing the previous laminate. Regardless of the on the spot price change, my floors now squeak because of uneven placement of the initial layer. The floors also have at least 8 dents, chips and/or scratches from installation which is super upsetting.
When I noticed the T-board and laminate pieces weren't the same colour I confronted Crane and he insisted that they were the same colour. When I pushed further he ignored me. Finally, he said it was close enough and that they did not make t-boards the same colour as my floor so I should basically settle for that.
They work is quickly which is nice but they don't care about the quality of their work! I wish they were more diligent because now I have floors that are chipped every few steps. The worst part is, Crane and his fellow worker knew the floors were chipped yet they used a pencil to try and colour it in so that it blended with the laminate colour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’m so happy with the work that was done by crane flooring so I had to share. We had all our floors stained, our carpets changed to hardwood and our railing changed as well. I was happy that they had a store front, with selections that we can see. The price was very affordable for the job we did and the colour that we wanted was a little too dark for our likings so they were able to do it a few shades lighter to our exact liking. The job was done in a good timely manner. We plan to recommend these guys to our friends and family in the future.
