The Alberta Children’s Hospital was designed by the people who use the building the most – kids, families, physicians, and staff. The colourful LEGO-inspired building has become a Calgary landmark and one that is unique in every way. Over 102,000 kids from Calgary, across the province and country rely on care from the hospital each year.
We are proud to announce that together with Nufloors Red Deer, we donated $3,000.00 to the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation to support the children’s health care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The end result of the work was good but the overall experience was not. Deadline after deadline was missed which resulted in the work being completed after the agreed upon date. The contractor originally sent out was awful. Not the fault of the business but it was just one aspect of the overall experience that lead to yet another missed deadline. They do quality work and have great products but you should probably add at least a week and a half from their original proposed completion date and expect to continuously have to follow up yourself because no one will contact you to update you about shipping delays or anything like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased vinyl plank flooring and carpet from NuFloors and am VERY HAPPY with it. The people I dealt with were incredible. It was fun and enjoyable from picking out what I wanted to installation. It only took 2 weeks from me walking into the store until the job was done (that is until I decide to rip out more of the old flooring and do more). Most of the time delay was me emptying book shelves and movies and wii equipment etc out of the space so the old carpet could be ripped out and then new carpet installed. The vinyl plank went in the porch and the downstairs bathroom. It all looks great and feels fabulous on the bare feet. The install itself was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, (minus the me turning my house upside down for a few short days really - and then having to put it all back). This was actually the second time I have purchased flooring from NuFloors. The first was in May 2017 when I moved here from Ontario. I had originally made arrangements to buy flooring elsewhere in the city and they were not going to honor the install date that I had requested 3 months prior. I walked into NuFloors and they had my new carpet in that bedroom installed in 2 days which was fabulous because my furniture was arriving and I wanted the carpet in prior to the furniture arriving. The service was "Top Notch" which is why I did not bother shopping anywhere else now when I wanted to replace some of the old worn out flooring. Thank you NuFloors we will do business again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The installer kept pushing the job back then was upset then they had to work the weekend as he said he doesn’t normally work weekends. We had a few appointments set up to fix the spots we were having troubles with them didn’t show up. When I phoned Nufloors they messaged the installer and he messaged me saying he forgot.
Picking the flooring Nufloors was good and lots of help but the installer has been a pain. I would recommend Nufloors for your flooring but not to have them install.
