Main Floor Carpets started in 1985 with Ken Straarup and Stan Foreman being the owners and has been a local company for the last 32 years. Towards the end of 2014 Stan Foreman retired after years of dedication and growing the company with Ken Straarup to what it is today. Shortly after Stan retired in 2014 Jason Straarup (Ken Straarup’s son) took over Stan’s roll and now Ken Straarup and Jason Straarup are a family owned company with both years of installation experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From getting our flooring measured to having it installed, every person we dealt with was genuinely concerned with our satisfaction. There was some miscommunication between the store and the warehouse which resulted in us having to select different carpet than the one we had originally put a deposit down for BUT Joe was very good about finding us a more than suitable replacement as soon as possible! Glitches happen, it's how they're handled that counts and we definitely recommend these guys!

I didn’t make a big purchase but the guy was super helpful and gave great advice. If I was looking for any flooring needs I would not hesitate to go see these guys! Great people with awesome service! Just good old fashioned business practice...
