★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aggressive owner! I had parked slightly in front of the store for roughly an hour as I had a meeting in another building. When I came out the owner Jim aggressively came up to my car window interrogating me as to why I was parked there and to never park there again if my business was not in their store. They were not reserved spots for the store and it was me and one other vehicle in the parking lot for 30+... Never will I give my business again to them.
Answer to review response: I have been in multiple times for business and personal, the parking spot I parked in had no sign as I have pictures of it, which then means I was not even in one of your spots. As far as the review, you should treat everyone appropriately customers or not. Shame on you for being ignorant to people who "are not direct customers". What gives you the right. Maybe if you were more pleasant to all people, you would not recieved bad reviews. That's on you. Again the parking lot was completely empty so your actions were completely unnecessary. Innocent people should not be victim to your bad day.

Jim, besides being the owner is also one of the nicest service technicians I have met. He was extremely punctual and polite during his visits and is a great installer. I also received excellent service and advice from Sheila while visiting in store. Being new to the Medicine Hat area, choosing stores and contractors can be a roll of the dice. But I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them again myself.
