β β β β β Absolutely Horrible. Stay far away unless you want your wedding day ruined.
No A/C
Beyond rude.
Claims of no payments then demands cash upfront once deposits have already been made.
Didn't acknowledge bridal party or any guests upon arrival.
Late, Grooms men and groom had to take Uber to the wedding so they wouldn't be late for the ceremony. THEN entire wedding party had to take uber home from venue at 1AM because the driver demanded more cash.
The limo itself was dirty, ripped seats and tape holding parts together on the inside. Very deceiving upon original booking.
Hopefully others see this and decide to take their business elsewhere.

β β β β β My wife and I used Toronto limos for our wedding a couple weeks ago and I have to say we were really happy with the service. We had given them a copy of our itinerary and they followed it to a T! They were on time for all of our pick up's (there about 7 of them) and our driver Raffi was really nice. They made sure there was champagne and water for all of us which was not only very thoughtful, but a nice touch. Overall, I'd definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to book a limo for their special event.

β β β β β I regret hiring them for my wedding..
1. There was little to no a/c and only one window was functional in a limo with 20 people, in 25 degree weather
2. The exit door does not close properly. We struggled to close it and it was extremely concerning
3. We paid for champagne, however there were no champagne glasses...
4. We had trouble with the aux and when our limo driver tried calling for help, my bridal party of 20 witnessed her being yelled at, rather then helped
5. Tony was extremely rude and disrespectful. He said I was wasting his time when he could be calling a taxi, while I was trying to explain our situation to him. He raised his voice at us which was the most unprofessional thing and rather for taking responsibility, he argued itβs not his fault, though itβs his company. The limo didnβt even have booster cables, which is odd for a company not to have
6. The limo battery died, which made us late to our reception because the driver left the car on for AC. We even called our own CAA truck because the company was trying to call a taxi to boost an entire 20 seater limo..
7. There was also no βJust Marriedβ sign
8. No red carpet !
They took 2 months to βsolveβ this case and tried giving me 10% for the next limo service I will NEVER use. I paid $1200+ for this. Thumbs all the way down.

β β β β β My sister requested brand new vehicles we recieve some old vehicles who's A/C didnt work in the back and vents were missing. There was poor communication from the head office and the drivers she spend 45 mins arguing over a prearranged payment agreement on her wedding day making her late for the ceremony. To add insult to injury one of the drives took a picture in the photo booth meant for wedding guests. I do not recommend

β β β β β Find a different company if you're looking for a limo service...
The limo was scheduled to pick us up at 5:30pm prompt which was not an issue, the driver was on time. He got us to our destination on time as well. The problem began when we were to be picked up at 10:45pm in the exact location the driver had dropped us off at. We were all in the spot at 10:35pm and because we knew we were early we decided to call the driver to confirm when he would be there as we did have 2 young children with us waiting in the cold. The driver had then stated that he was on his way to drop another group off somewhere and would be about 20-30 minβ¦which would have been well after our scheduled pick up time anyway. I then proceeded to remind the driver that we had young kids with us and because of the event we were attending, they were certainly not dressed to be standing out in the cold. He then told me he would do his best to be there as soon as possible. At about 11pm I had called the driver again to see where he was, at which point he said he would be another 10 min or so, and explained that he was sorry but the office booked him tight and he was trying to make it work, and that if I had any issues to take it up with the office.
So, after our limo was over 30 min late to pick us up, we were not dressed to stand in the cold, and the young children are sick now as well as all the other members of the group I feel it is necessary to write this review.
When I had called in to address the issue they rudely told me to send an email and i have yet to receive any response. If you need a limo service, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

β β β β β Right from the beginning, Toronto Limos was very easy to work with. They were very quick to respond and fulfilled my request for my wedding day without any issues. The driver was friendly, accommodating, and we felt we were in good hands the whole ride. Despite our difficult photo location downtown, he was accessible at all times. Thank you for making our day stress free! I will be recommending your services in the future!

β β β β β The vehicle we rented was a 22 passenger Party bus. The vehicle was not properly cleaned or maintained. There was a definite exhaust leak into the passenger cabin which caused headaches for our passengers. I would not use this service again or recommend it to anyone. Please make sure you visit the location and inspect the rental vehicle ahead of time. The amount of money they are charging is ridiculous considering what you are getting. Cost averages out to approx. $200/hr. For that money, these vehicles should be in excellent condition. Be smart with your money and do your homework. Toronto Limos has one thing in mind and maintaining their vehicles is not on that list.

β β β β β Vehicle was in poor condition and old , rust on door sills, AC barely worked, stereo system was a cassette player with no plug to play your own music. Radio only.
