Bad customer service!! Went there to place an order. While talking about the details with the woman at the front desk, she turns to her co-worker and said in Chinese " have to wait on this idiot before I can have lunch". She did not know that I speak Chinese. I kept my calm and listen to her refer to me as an idiot several more time before l spoke up.
It took me 15 minute s before my demands to speak with her superior was granted. Her manager/owner did not even seem alarmed as to the way her employee refereed to a customer.

β β β β β First of all the service is good and the staff members are polite and friendly and I never have to wait long before placing my order, they are very efficient here and my order is ready to go by the following day. I have recommended this place to other contractors that work with glass installations.

β β β β β Excellent service! Very professional! Flawless install. Slightly more expensive than other quotes but well worth it! Also, loved that installers removed shoes at my front door. I had an argument with another company when I asked installer to remove his shoes. His quote was lower but went elsewhere due to the lack of respect.

β β β β β The worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you want to save yourself from people who don't give a cr*p about your product, STAY AWAY FROM FIRST GLASS IN SCARBOROUGH BY WARDEN AND METROPOLITAN RD! The front desk receptionist "CANDY" (fake name) was extremely rude and damaged my mirror and expected me to pay for it and threw the blame on me for the damage. They took cash before the repair and after in order for me to receive my more then damaged mirror with NO repair done whatsoever! There is no such thing as customer service in this store and it is filled with scammers as they claim there is no upper management to speak with. Save your money!

β β β β β Awesome service awesome price. Very helpful sales staff even though it was a small order. Sales staff double checked size and thickness twice. Very professional. Had my glass cut ahead of scheduled time and called me to let me know it was ready. Thanks again I will be back and will recommend to friends and colleagues.
