S	Simone Estrada (Snickers) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a miscommunication and many of my wedding guests were left waiting at the hotel, thinking they will be late to our ceremony and hopped in cabs. Exactly what I wanted to avoid. However, the handling of the situation after words by the office is lacking. They kept delaying and giving the run around.
J	John Francis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, super easy to deal with. Mulmer organized transportation for my company's annual pub night and did an outstanding job. Moira was especially helpful in answering my questions and concerns in my phone calls to Mulmer's office. 10/10 would use again.

The buses have the worst suspension, the window shakes so much when you hit bumps that you can see directly outside from a crack. Also really sick of listening to Céline Dion EVERY morning. Bus driver Bill doesn’t play the radio, just his personal CDs. I only use this shuttle service because I have to and it’s paid by my employer.

J	JF Menard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service except for music or radio or lack thereof. One driver really takes it seriously and asks for I.D, all other drivers are super chill. Always get to work on time, can’t complain about much.

I had to walk back to the office for 15 minutes in the cold windchill. I later tried to contact their office but the lady didn't care to let me finish as she was "busy and had to go". Absolutely awful service.
S	Seran McIntyre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this shuttle service used in Ottawa hospital internal campus: - Crampy male drivers most of time I say good morning they do not answer. -I witnessed recently the MSL supervisor firing her employee(the driver) who was very respectful friendly driver on Set 9 at 6 am in front of the hospital employees. She could have used more manners and professionalism and pulled her driver a side to tell her it is not working anymore I felt like I am in third world country or in slavery time. This set my mood off for the rest of the day.
