This company is absolute garbage!! How they have a contract with TDSB is way beyond me. They have almost got me fired from my job last year because they can't get a schedule right. Not only that but because of them, my daughter has missed a ton of school already and now the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL THIS YEAR!! They are such a joke.

I am a trainee at stock transport and this is my 2nd week i give 5 stars to my instructor she is such a hardworking lady but their system is very unreliable today i need to inform them that i am not attending and yesterday my intructor told me to inform them by phone and we got the number and ext. During training which is unattended and no mailbox where i can leave message for them they really are very unresposible company who expect from even new drivers and trainees to be very responsible. And buses are really old and drivers side window is really hard to open manually during driving because of its hard moving up and down. while reaching on a railway crossing but they expect to open it manually by the driver during driving.

I am a very upset mother. My son's morning bus driver was off and sick, which I TOTALLY FEEL FOR. She's a really nice lady. But how it was dealt with was horrible. I received a call in the morning to tell me that they have a new driver, understandable to be a little late. My boyfriend had to call them in order for them to let us know they're going to be late. My son was picked up 8:30am and he was late for school. TODAY, he was picked up 1.5 hour late! My boyfriend had to call the place 8 times for them to "FIND" a driver to pick up my son and my son was 1.5 hour late for school. Weather given, but "FINDING" a driver to replace the one off? AND The lady I spoke to in the morning was VERY RUDE. She started raising her voice to me and all I wanted to do was tell her how concerned I was my son wasn't in school when the school called me. My boyfriend had work to get to. The inconvenience and lack of communication is horrible. I will definitely call for someone higher up. I really am upset about the lady that I spoke with. I've never dealt with this in my life.

Driver late everyday! When you call stock nobody answers the phone.. you get a voicemail and still no one calls you back! God forbid there is an emergency! Big fail!!

One of the worst Canadian school transportation Company. They never comes on time. When you call them , get ready to dial at least 15-20 times before they pick up their number. Once they picks up, they will transfer you to dispatcher and it goes to voicemail. then you have to redial again for at least 15 times to get someone. but unfortunately working parents have no choice.

Drive 6 years for them. What people don't understand is that besides the pandemic in our city all the drivers are doing there best to do a great job. The inside staff is also doing their best to accommodate everyone. Picking up the phone to get yelled at is not productive. Teach your children patience. Your not a good role model for your children yelling at any company. Let the company do their job. It's like wearing to many hats in any company. No company is magic just trying to survive from the worst pendemic in history. Or at least one that took lives. Some drivers lives. Patience. Let all try to have some kind of empathy

Bus services are frequently late, and parents are left in the dark. No proactive phone calls are made. The call center does not pick up their phones, and does not return messages. Highly unprofessional.
