School bus driver either real early or real late, never on time. Play inappropriate music on the school bus

Bus shows up for my kids hockey team, weather is terrible and the bus has a burnt out taillight. Not very safe

Absolutely love working for this company! The staff are all super friendly and we work as a team when things need to get done. I love my Southland family!

Horrible company to work for! Treatment of employees is unbelievable, disrespectful, expect to work extra hours at no pay, don't like to keep equipment up to Safety Standards, favoritism, dispatcher has no idea how to do his job, rude, threatening, totally disrespectful to everyone, takes months to receive full pay! No one in Medicine Hat or Calgary want to deal with payroll. Yet they promise so many things at the hiring stage! SOUTHLAND TRANSPORTATION should be ashamed!

Sure do Hate your driver parking his bus in front of MY HOUSE while he is in between routes. Parking is an issue in a Crescent to begin with, but let's add a school bus... Nothing like carting groceries from down the street in the snow!

Would NOT recommend. I got a quoted invoice for a wedding and went online their site to pay it by invoice # right away to guarantee we booked the charter. Tried a couple times to get a hold of someone and e-mailed the contact they gave us with a rough timeline mentioning we would give a better one closer. After no response for a couple weeks I called 2 weeks prior to my wedding to confirm a timeline only to be told I don't have a charter booked. Apparently paying for a service in full isn't booking it???? I was supposed to call them back after I paid and confirm I wanted to charter.... So silly. but okay. So I tell him I will have a timeline sent to him by the end of the week and confirmed his e-mail. When I e-mailed a question about times regarding first pick up and last drop off, I got an e-mail back asking me to send my timeline... that's what I'm trying to do!!! so frustrating. Move forward to the wedding day.. bus driver was 30 MINUTES late picking up the Groom/groomsmen, and then another 20 minutes late picking up myself and my bridesmaids. As soon as we showed up we had to rush upstairs to the rooftop for the ceremony to begin. No APOLOGY for being late! not once!!!! He said he would be waiting outside for us, and something was left on the bus when someone ran down to get it, he was gone. After the ceremony on the way to the hotel and to photos, he took the LONGEST detours for NO reason. No construction and wide enough roads. What should of been 10 minutes took 30 minutes, which made us rush everything else. We had family on both sides AND wedding party complain multiple times about the abrupt stop/go driving, it was the most uncomfortable ride I personally have ever had. Even though he was late(with no apology) He made damn sure we were back on that bus and dropped off at our final location on time if not early. We did NOT tip this driver as it was a terrible experience. After the wedding I e-mailed again all our of our concerns and even tried calling once. Guess what? NO response. SO now I will post a review as that's what happens. DON'T BOOK THEM FOR SPECIAL EVENTS!!!! Even if they say they do them all the time.

Don’t work here. They do not stand by their drivers in regards to rules, policies and procedures. The management likes to spread rumours of their employees and will bully every chance they get. Very! Very!! Toxic management!

Using my front yard that has no sidewalk as bus stop, Bus stop is down the street a couple hundred yards,they drive past it as they leave, called and politely ask them to use the bus stop, they are still using from yard,
