The staff are super kind and the drinks are made with lots of love and delicious handmade brown sugar pearls! I would definitely recommend this place.

β β β β β This is Xing Fu Tangs 6th location opening in the GTA. They are well known for their brown sugar drinks and now, they make their brown sugar and strawberry pearls on site.
Due to Covid19, they only allow certain amount of customers at a time inside the shop as itβs fairly small. Every staff is well covered up and protected for your safety and theirs. The cashier was very welcoming when we came, and was very informative with any questions we had.
Of course we had to order the Brown Sugar Pearl Milk, and it was awesome seeing the staff stirring the pearls for it infront of us. As usual, the drinks were delicious!

β β β β β This is a new location. It is a takeout/pick location; ii isn't big enough for any real seating area. The soft opening period was 2020-12-19 to 24 (I was There on 2020-12-24), offering all drinks at 20% off.
I got the Signature Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea ($6.50 - 20%). It was ok.
Their grand opening is 2020-12-26 and 27. On the first day, the first 50 customers get a Signature Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea ($6.50) or a Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea ($6.00). They torch the top for the Signature version. For the rest of the day, you get BOGO free, limited to these two teas. On the second day, you get BOGO free, limited to these two teas.
There is no customer washroom.

β β β β β This place has raised the bar for bubble tea in Toronto. They make the tapioca pearls on site. They have delicious tea and milk based drinks. Even ice cream topped with boba! My favourite is their brown sugar pearl milk tea. I canβt go anywhere else now that Iβve tasted the quality of their drinks. Do yourself a favour and go to this location! ?

β β β β β We went here two hours ago. Walked in and the cashier was sitting and staring at his phone. He eventually stands up and just stares at the ipad next to the cash and not doing anything, almost like he wants to ignore us. Finally he comes a bit closer and starts looking at something.. I don't know what. We wait for some kind of acknowledgement from his and that he is at some point going to take our order. So we wait again. He says nothing and just stands there. I asked if he's going to take our order. He stands and stares. Even my wife was baffled by his behavior, and she's incredibly relaxed and patient. Easily the worst customer service/ordering experience we can remember. I regret not leaving the store as soon as he started ignoring us.
As for the drinks.. she had the strawberry milk tea. It tasted like strawberry water you buy at the supermarket and was loaded with about one third ice. I had coffee milk tea with pearls. Personal taste is obviously subjective so this is just my opinion. It tastes like hot chocolate with coffee. So neither of us liked the drinks and won't be coming back. Especially when you consider it cost over $14. I spent more money here than at any other bubble tea shop we've visited, and we've been to a lot of shops.
Management really needs to do some customer service training. Plus, maybe use less ice in your drinks. Go somewhere else folks.

β β β β β BBT/COFFEE ARE MADE TO ORDER! I LOVE THE VARIETY AND SPECIALTY BEVERAGES HERE! I TRIED THEIR COCONUT MILK COFFEE WITH COCONUT JELLY! SO DELICIOUS! SERVICE WAS QUICK AND FRIENDLY. THEY HAVE SAFETY PROTOCOLS IN PLACE HERE.

β β β β β First time trying this place, it was good. Had the brown sugar pearl tea and they make it non-dairy. That was better for me. It was different the pearls were hot at the bottom and the drink was cold on top. When mixed together it was good and the pearls were nice and soft. Some places their pearls are hard because they don't cook it enough. If you in the neighborhood you got to try it!

β β β β β Great! Not too sweet, perf standards of Asian sweetness, soft serve is delicious and Dalgona coffee w. milk is awesome. Xing fu tang stands out because they serve a lot of drinks most bubble tea shops don't have. happy I went! would def come again
