What stood out for us is the amount of time they spent with us during the planning and design stages of our projects. This was followed by communicating with us throughout the process and ensuring that we were happy. The results exceeded our expectations – the installation and workmanship was phenomenal. They really listened to what we wanted. They gave us a start and finish date at the beginning of the project and stuck to all the timelines. Not only did they treat the entire project as if it was for their own home but they took the time everyday to walk us through the progress and made sure that we were fully satisfied throughout each milestone. They were true to the original estimate and provided various options when new items came up to consider. I would not trust anyone else when it comes to large renovations. Xana helped us every step of the way: from pointing us towards suppliers and distributors to choose flooring, counters, light and plumbing fixtures and cabinetry to addressing any concerns immediately with a customer first approach to all solutions. They stayed within our budgetary constraints, were spot on with the initial estimate they had provided us and were highly competitive when it came to comparing their estimate to other contractors.
