They don't have any program to show you how your choices will blend, it's the old school pull out the samples and hope for the best. Also, the floor samples on the ground are all out of production except for one. They severely need the program that shows you what your place will look like... even home depot has it in the paint section. Super disappointing.

Our design consultant was amazing she was always very helpful and prompt in her anwers and very nice and had an know all the answers. We got out very pleased with our choices and not second guessing anything.

She tells you one thing and it ends up being being another. Not only was she rude, she ultimately lied to me about changes saying I was too late in getting back to them hence defaulting any changes to my home. I spent 1.4 million dollars on a home with these guys and the way I been treated has been nothing short of terrible. If you do end up purchasing a home with Mattamy avoid Erica and request another design consultant or you will be going through a nightmare situation like I have. If I can give zero stars here to her I would.

It was so much fun working with her and I am grateful to have had an exceptional associate to work with during this process!! Highly recommended.

But the options they provided were priced high specially tiles and baseboard they charge triple the amount. Be prepared with your choices when you visit there and check the included options.

Due to the covid protocols things were a bit different. Had to sign in and the doors were locked and had to wait for someone to open it. Once in, the people and place was good. All options were explained properly and finalized at the same place and signed. It was fast and efficient.
