They have the best selection of drywall tools around and are always the first to have the newest products on the market. Also, the turnaround times for tool repairs are always fast and done with care. If you’re in the drywall business, you should know about this place!

I bought the Level 5 Automatic Taper complete kit with some extra bits and pieces, $5,300-ish on the 27APR and it was delivered by 28APR@1215. I didn't pay for over night shipping (Vaughn to Ottawa), no fuss, just quality service. The box was packed with paper, and styrofoam. It's a big box, like 5'6"? The only thing I could suggest to improve upon might be video guides on the website on dry walling? Why you would use a screw/nail finder instead of hand filling, additional tools for outside and inside beads, etc. The level 5 kit is good, but it doesn't include an outside corner set/flusher. A guide would be helpful for newer automatic/box dry wallers out there with a list of tools and reasons to purchase them. Then again their demographic is experienced drywallers and not me.
T	The Dean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see bad reviews on here and I CAN GUARANTEE the problem relies on the individuals and not CSR. I have only been to CSR about a hand full of times. Three of those times, including today, these guys literally went out of their way to help me. The other couple of times they had exceptional service. Eugene help me today but again, I have had nothing less than exceptional service. Extremely friendly EVERY TIME!! Thanks Josh
G	Gerry F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have ordered online from them multiple times. I actually didn't even realize they had a physical store. Recent order got delivered to incorrect address. CSR was very prompt and professional in their communication with me, regardless of it being the fault of FedEx. "Neighbours" that I'd never met (different street, different house number) contacted me over a week after I received the "delivered" notification and told me that apparently the parcels were delivered to them, to a door that they don't use on their house. Anyways, was nice to have good communication from CSR regarding the missing order, especially since the blame most certainly wasn't on them. As a DIY'er, I certainly don't have much need for regular orders of drywall supplies, but I'm sure if I'm doing any drywall in the future that I'll be ordering from them again.

Check they're website and turns out blades are sold separately... What a scam. Everything else seem great. Update: since my review csr building has reached out and went above and beyond my expectations. They shipped me out a new skimming blade complete with all the parts. The manager and shipping dept head both touched base to ensure I received the proper tool and that I was satisfied with the experience. Really satisfied with the customer service! I would buy again!

Steven was great at answering my questions and the website was friendly to navigate. Whether you're a contractor like me about to drywall a whole house for the first time, or a home owner doing some repairs/renos, I recommend CSR. You'll find knowledge, product selection and prices that you will NOT find at local big box stores. Happy building!

Staff are always polite, courteous, helpful, the atmosphere in the store is very relaxed for the customer. Because we were driving over an hr to get to the store, we were told about shopping online instead....well, can't get any better. Fast, efficient, & reliable. Order always arrives on or before delivery date. Highly recommended this store. Keep up the great work. ?
