★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is bad service I ever had at the ihl,I’m a contractor and was buying a lot materials,this time was a little bit different!!!
When I called them to order I told them I want to pay bay credit card over the phone,they didn’t tell me that option doesn’t work,and they said to wait for order.
In 20 minutes I received a call from this company and the guy was saying the order is going to be ready between 1 hour up to 2 hours they are to busy can’t make it right now ( it’s understandable) then I went to do another job and booked the time on the way there I received another call from another woman she told me the order is ready and I have to pick up right now because couldn’t stay on the way,I was a little bit surprised and I did tell her I received Recently another call from the man,she said I don’t know why you did receive that,and as you want to pick up or no I said yes I was about 20 minutes away but Canceled that appointment came back to pick up the order and pay.
Was problem to pay because they don’t receive the payment by credit cards over the phone or number of the credit card ( it’s both Fold I should ask,they should tell me when I offer them to pay over the phone that method Doesn’t exist)
When I paid by tap 9 times finally,they started Loading my order.
The guy was angry when I asked to push my concrete a little bit further,he refused at all ( I had many orders before here and in another places,I never had refused to put concrete at the middle of the concrete to transport it safely!!!
Then that guy said we can’t put pipe on the top because he will Damage them ( we had done many times before)
Then after I left the 1 star review they sent me a few guys to help me to Loading the pipes.
I ordered 4 pieces of green 6” pipe they brought me 10 pieces of pipe white colour.
I spoke with Meneger,he didn’t want to help at all!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay, so the 4 stars here is on a Higher Scale than pretty much any other store I review. IHL should be considered 5 stars + and then the bonus being four out of five stars.
Service is always incredible. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I've never stood in line for very long. They will always try to help you find what you were looking for. If not, they will find a suitable replacement for order what you need. Their in-house brands are also very comparable to their brand-name counterparts which are also offered alongside.
The one star reduction in their bonus is related to their inventory and store layout. Understandably it is a warehouse so I take no issue with struggles in keeping it clean. By the way it is very clean considering. However, the inventory is lacking selection and recently stock as well. There needs to be more display and less " I'll go and look for you in the back". Of course this is impossible with much of what they sell, however, the soft goods are not set out in a way that makes it comfortable or efficient 2 browse or try. There has been much reorganization of the store recently so let's see if they can make something happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would comment that the customer service has improved over the last two years by 100% staff are super friendly eager to show you things they say HI to you in the store …Much improved over the previous years. A couple of things to improve the cleanliness of the store can be improved. The clothing section needs more Attention: better displays, possibly installed a carpet area? Some of the clothing brands “ Dura drive sizing's can be off. I would recommend you try it on before you buy
