★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a skidsteer s450 from expert tool rentals. When I company calls themselves expert there's a reason why because they are the opposite. I paid to have the machine delivered. Upon receiving which it came late with no phone call being late, I noticed the tread was practically bare in front tires. He said it's fine its suppose to be like that. He dropped machine and then said you have only 8 hrs on machine or will charge extra. I was not told this before when renting. Asked how to use it and he said he doesn't really know too much but try like this. Long story short. Machine could not plow because tread on tore bare so it kept slipping. I ended up digging with shovel for 3 hours and next morning pushed it with machine. After 8 hours of it being used up I said screw it. Called them to pick up and rented another machine from another place that had good tires and no service light on. I never had such a poor experience with a rental company in my life. There was no compensation for poor machine all he could say afterwards is that no one complains. I said if I took a pic of tires and showed it to another rental place what would they say, he got quiet after that. Long story short, do not rent from them and learn from my mistake. Rent from large company that will actually service machine. Go to photos and see tire pic. I rented this on may 2020.
