As I entered the service drive thru at Royfoss which is an amazing good looking place I was greeted by their polite valet drivers who directed me on what service lane to go to. I spoke with Mike the service advisor who was by far a polite professional, he managed to help me service my vehicle In an understanding way. Overall the staff at Royfoss were amazing. 10/10 dealership!!

Alex Djogovic & his team were able to quickly present a few options that suited my criteria. We managed to reach an agreement within 3 days & 10 days later I was driving off the lot in my new truck. The entire team was professional, efficient & followed through on everything they promised.

Left a message with Max in the F&I department never had a call back its been 3 days. I decided to write an email to maybe get a quicker response still nothing. Called several times today and was sent to voicemail again and again after stating that i want to speak to someone live. never going to recommend Roy Foss. I called the dealership further from me Humberview and made an appointment with F&I right away.

Avoiding going here for a service, customer service is the worst I have seen from a GM dealer. Called 31st Jan at 119,500 km as my check engine light had come on and was told by THEIR representative that my warranty was good until 160,000 km. Fast forward to 16th Feb at 121,300 km and I bring my truck to get looked at and now I am told my warranty expired at 120,000 km and I have to pay $1000 for the repair. Offered a pathetic 10% discount over the phone and I said I will speak to the manager when I got there as it was unacceptable. When I arrived I asked to speak with the manager and was told, "She already knew about the situation and said that is all they are offering", didn't even have the decency to speak to me personally. I have filed a complaint with GM corporate about this dealer and they have escalated the case. They have lost a loyal customer, not that they care.

My sales rep was very efficient and professional for my trade-in and the sale of the new truck. Can’t say the same for the technicians who had to complete the truck before delivery. After possession I found out that they left part of a sports bar assembly completely unattached and the tire pressures left uneven and very low. Not a good feeling when you’re picking up a new car.

Great staff! Friendly and knowledgeable. Go out if their way to make each encounter a great one. My salesman John Dinardo got me into a new lease, took care of my old vehicle return and even caught that my licence plate stickers were expired 4 days ago and went out of his way to renew them while I was busy setting up my On Star account. He anticipated all of my needs and questions before I could even asked him. They whole process took 20-30 mins, very fast!!

I had an exceptional experience. I came in on a busy day with no appointment, they got someone quickly to meet with me. They put no pressure on me at all but were eager to work with me. They gave me an excellent trade in value on my car, and I was able to qualify for their 0% financing. They worked extra hard to deliver my new car in the best condition, even opting to fix a scratch on the side door at no cost. They were polite and diligent. The used car salesman I worked with, Larry, was the very first car salesman in my life to treat me with equal respect as the men who were accompanying me there. He always spoke to me first, deferred to me, and was very straight forward and clear. I had a wonderful experience and expect to be back for my next car! Thank you Larry!
