★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've now dealt with LongoLaw for at least 3 real estate transactions. I am extremely pleased with Liana's service and more importantly her attention to detail. One of our transactions was complicated and there were a lot of obstacles presented by the seller. The obstacles were quite large and our realtor recommended we speak to LongoLaw. Liana took on the situation and looked out for our best interests every step of the way. There was a point where she even recommended we pull out of the transaction since the sellers were being so difficult. However, she somehow worked with my realtor and got everything cleared. We were extremely impressed with her knowledge and persistence. The other transactions we had, went so smoothly - it's hard to believe a closing was taking place. Everything was carefully planned and executed. You just follow her instructions and everything is stress free. Even through a pandemic, she was able to setup virtual meetings to get everything signed. Note: not every transaction can be done virtually. Before I end this review, just remember something: you get what you pay for in this business. Based on my experience so far, I highly recommend LongoLaw for all of your real estate needs.
