S	Sam Yun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a car 2021 December. Certified pre owned rs5. Took two months to get it, and weeks after ownership the rear differential broke down. Didn’t top off the engine oil either. Needs parts that needs replacement and never assisted with repairs. So it’s been sitting in the garage for months. Definitely wouldn’t recommend pfaff.

We had visited many different dealerships within a three week period but none of them could match the professionalism, honesty and care we received from our Sales Consultant, Louie Fata, at Pfaff. Louie went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and well taken care of. He is by far THE BEST Sales Consultant we have ever conducted business with. Trading in a vehicle can be stressful however, words alone cannot express our gratitude to Louie for making it such a pleasant experience.

They did not register this properly and I have been trying to resolve for 14 months, having spoken to three different people each time I reach out. Everyone has been great to talk to - very empathetic while acknowledging the error and promising a call-back to resolve, without either happening. I've since tried sending the General Manager two separate emails without any response. Nice folks ... terrible follow-through and support.
L	Lina Kolesnikova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, we wanted to buy Audi A5 S line 2018 dark grey ( if you still want to buy it ) there leaking problem, also front passenger sit heated not working , brakes need to change and rims , and awful smoking smell. We we told by David( sale person ) and also the manager that they will get rid of this smell, and guess what ? They never did, they promised cleaning service, and they never did, they just lying to us every time that , they will do it. We spent 3 weeks waiting, we were in dealership 4 times nothing happened. As soon as we put everything in paper and give them $1000 deposit, they told us it’s going to be ready next week. We signed all documents , get approved for financing and next day David call us and said that we have to pay for everything and manager told him, that they will not do anything. This is a terrible customer service,they just waisted out time , like a scam dealership but looks professional ( only looks) don’t go there if you want to buy used car and also take every used car to your mechanic they will not tell you anything. English is not my first language, but I hope you will understand and never get trapped with this dealership Never came back again, hopefully nobody will. People deserve much better for their money, even if you buying used car .

S	Sanam Mutty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy with car purchase. Would buy a car again. However I have two issues that are pending. That need to be resolved. -I was only provided one car key at pick up. Told the other key is at the warehouse. Still waiting to receive my second key (since Sept 2021 cad pick up) -after canceling my warranty (within 60 days), I have yet to receive my tax portion for warranty. Mind you the warranty was canceled in oct 2021 got the cheque in Feb 2021. And still pending tax refund on warranty ($845). I have confirmation from Audi Canada that tax is to be repaid to me. Someone please get the accounting department to get it together.

He was not only explained the vehicle's features in details but he also sent me updates during the process. In addition, he was able to deliver his promises. I definitely would recommend this dealership and Mateen. The entire purchasing process was a worry free experience. Definitely, you cannot go wrong to purchase a vehicle from this dealership.
