He was very knowledgeable about all the brands they carry, and the different features between each model. Very easy going, and friendly. As you can tell by the many positive reviews, this dealer is amazing and trustworthy. Before buying a new car, you NEED to contact autobase and see how they can help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my sisters car from here and they lied to us saying they were Mercedes rims and found out they were actually replicas. You gotta be careful of what you buy from here and take a look at everything before you buy. Very disappointed how they can tell us to our face and then we find out they aren’t real rims.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first experience purchasing a used car, and also only the second car I’ve ever owned. I had the same car for 10 years and it was time to change it. I did my research and came across a beautiful white 2018 Mercedes C300 on AutoBase. From the time my dad and I contacted Tim, we had nothing but exceptional service. So easy to communicate with. We never felt pressure to purchase which was a nice change to be honest. He was super patient with all of our questions and inquiries, and knowledgeable about the cars we looked at. Their car inventory is beautiful (All Mercedes, Audi, and BMWs) They’re all in great shape, and the detailing is solid. On the dashboard of each car, there’s a few papers including car information, pricing, and CARFAX report (the transparency was appreciated)!
Within a day we came back and purchased the car and I could not be happier! Honestly, the car looks and runs amazing. He even threw in a few extra things for us at the end. We never felt rushed, and we left as happy customers! I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again and would recommend them tomorrow friends and family. Thank you Tim and everyone at AutoBase!! I don’t normally leave reviews unless I’m really impressed so do yourself a favour and check them out!

He wasn’t pushy and gave me time to make my decision. If I had any questions he answered back. I purchased a C-300 Mercedes Benz and picked it up just this past Friday. I love the car and the price was great! I love the fact that the owner and Timothy said if I ever needed help with the car for anything, to come to them! Great service! I feel confident I made a good purchase. Looking forward to driving my car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 3-year old BMW X3 here with 66k mileage. The car was in great condition, with the right level of trim/options so I am very happy I found it there. The staff was friendly, communication was good, and I got a good price for my trade-in. There are two issues, one small, and one a little bit more surprising that I experienced due to which I took one star away:
- it took weeks for them to receive the paperwork for the car until I could not pick it up. Not a huge deal, I just couldn't wait to pick up my beauty.
- I picked up the car with rear brake pads replaced, but the sensors not. Apparently the sensors need to be replaced together with the brake pads, otherwise they keep showing that brakes are not good anymore. So I had to have it serviced. No big deal either, it is just surprising that their mechanic did not know this.
All in all, I am a satisfied customer. Thanks guys for finding me a nice ride!
