I would highly recommend DCO Group as a contractor to undertake any renovations. I needed to renovate my en-suite, install new hardwood floors, renovate 2 of the bedrooms and to re stain the stairway and add new railings.....I was given the choice on how the project was to be quoted. I chose to pay for the material and for them to quote me on the labour. In beginning the process their quote on the work was broken out by sections and very easy to understand where the costs were. The demolition was done quickly and with minimum dust. They took all precautions that showed they New what they were doing. They scheduled the work timely and in good order to minimize my inconvenience, as I was living in the house. The renovation of the en-suite was the major part of the renovation and took about 2 weeks from start to finish. The remainder of the floors and stairways took about another 10 days. The sub-trades were all experienced and well mannered and they all worked as scheduled. They all worked safely and were considerate of me being on the premises. Jorge the supervisor for the company was there every day and letting me know what was happening and advised me if there were any concerns that I needed to know about. Any additions that I needed to have done were priced out, and the cost were very reasonable. This is a company that has integrity in their word and their work. I am very pleased with the outcome and my experience in this process was very positive. You are very weary about hiring a contractor especially when you hear the horror stories by the media. This is not one of the those stories. I paid the bill as the work was completed and held 20% until the last cleanup was completed. I will be using this company again when I have to do my other bathroom. Very satisfied customer

DCO worked with us to demo, excavate, and frame a second story addition. They provided fair price and timelines that they were able to commit to and complete. The work was professional and we are happy with the outcome. Yasmin was an absolute pleasure to work with while managing the project, always responsive and was able to sort out an roadblocks along the way. They went above and beyond our contract by assisting with any questions or further referrals even after their part of the project was completed. We would recommend and love to work with DCO again.

It was a pleasure to have DCO do the framing for my new home. Their quote was competitive, they had the crew right on time on site everyday and they worked non stop and very hard. They delivered the project ahead of schedule. Additionally, they accepted some small variations without charging extra for them. And it was great to work with Bruno and Yasmin. They are highly professional and trustworthy people. The end product was excellent. In the framing of a 5,000 square feet house, there was only one nib wall which was very slightly off cue and they fixed it quickly. I have worked with multiple contractors, but DCO Company has been one of the best, if not the best that we have experience with. They were wonderful to work with and always kept us in the loop to everything that was going on. They attended construction meetings and always had accurate information.
