Terrible company.

Great atmosphere and very professional

This is regarding their work at Woodbridge Park Towns development. What a mess.

Worst contractor I have dealt with. They are hired by my building's incompetent management to replace pipings. They did not clean after the project, and cut so many corners.

Bad company. Unethical workplace practices. No human compassion. I will try to write this review in the most unbiased way I can. CDC Contracting WAS a good company to work for. They were solely providing work for my significant other, which put the food and clothes on our children's backs, paid for our home, and the cars in our driveway. It was and is a family run company which was ran by warm, compassionate, owners. Pat was amazing. They took the time to converse with employees, and showed a genuine care about the employees welfare and well being. Fast Forward 2020 All empathy and consideration for their workforce is distant memory. The company is being run like a dictatorship by the small mind of Bobby Pillitteri. A man child with the fate of too many men and their families under his command. The stories that were brought home in the last two years are something that of which you would read in a newspaper and almost border civil rights violations. Summary firings. Loyal dedicated workers being left at home after decades of service to this family with no cause, with the reason being they only want a younger work force. Wages, and union benefits not being paid on time. Forcing the workforce to work unsafely under the fear of reprisals. With so many large companies making it their pride and joy as to how they treat their men. It would seem that this company (Bobby) has gone the complete opposite route back to the archaic days of fear mongering. This Christmas, my family went without, they left my husband at home high and dry. Along with over a dozen other men who had families and children. All the whilst, hiring new people during that time. To each their own right? Wrong. There is absolutely no human compassion left in the administration of this company. As the bottom line seems to be the only thing that matters. All said an done that is their prerogative as to run a company as they see fit. When in reality we are in 2020. A time when companies strive to treat their force with respect, humanely and with empathy. There are hundreds of companies out there to choose from where this is not the case. Join the force of CDC Contracting if all you strive to be is a number. I know our next Christmas will be a fruitful one. Edit: 3 of the 5 star reviews. Discard those and take note of the others., In response to the "owners" comment: Clearly you're unable to read English correctly, let alone run a company. If you put your time into actually reading and comprehending what I had written, instead of dictating your company into a laughable nose dive, you'd been able to deduce that yes, I was never an employee of CDC myself. Go back to school bob, or better yet, get the rest of your office staff to rate your company five stars, because that's literally the closest you'll ever get to anyone saying something good about you or the company you single-handedly have destroyed. Sit back down clown.

They worked in one of my projects, really good team. They completed work on time.
