They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, well priced with exceptional customer service. From beginning to end it was an outstanding experience. The installers that came were some of the nicest people I've ever met and they did a perfect job! Plus after the install was complete I was contacted by Vlad who initially processed my order to make sure I was completely satisfied. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and its greatly appreciated. 5 stars isn't enough, I would give them 10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had the pleasure of working with glass ninja to have a custom glass barrier installed at our clinics front desk. I contacted Vlad and he was quick to get back to me and to send someone to come in and take measurements especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. They made the process very easy and quick and the outcome was much better than we could have expected. Ulises and Ernesto were not only super professional but also super quick with installation and made sure that everything was cleaned up once done and to our liking. I highly recommend them for all you glass needs and look forward to working with them in the future.

Prompt communications and excellent service from everyone I encountered from placing the order until delivery. Kudos to you guys for providing excellent service and accommodating customers needs. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having a hard time understanding the previous reviews as I had the company in for consultation in November and the gentleman stated everything would be installed in 3 weeks. It is now mid-January and the company will not return my calls or messages even though I have paid the required 50% up front cost. Maybe this is a case of a highly rated company that is too unorganized for their booming business to manage the details. Definitely not the best fit for me, maybe try a company rooted in customer service to limit your frustrations.
