They are dishonest about their transit times. Was quoted 4 business days and now it has been over 20 days and was just told it will be another week. Online tracking is useless, only shows shipper and receiver but no transit dates or current whereabouts. You need to call in to find out the approximate location of your goods and the on-hold music will make your ears bleed. There are much better choices in Canada, look elsewhere.

Very large transportation company that cares about their customers and employees. Though the transportation industry can get very hectic they value their customers and put tremendous effort into ensuring they meet high standards. Their employees are very knowledgeable and work diligently to ensure shipments are completed in a timely manner. They have many terminals all across Canada making them an excellent choice for Canada wide freight shipments.

First, I had a rude employee who refused to serve me because she was too busy and this was by telephone mind you. I call back and complained to a manager named Sheila. She was nice, got the shipping done, invoiced me, and I paid in full. Weeks after I receive a second notice to pay an additional fee of $26 for a call on arrival which was essentially a hidden fee that I was NOT notified about nor invoiced for the first time. If there are hidden fees I don't typically deal with companies again. I like when companies are prompt and up front about the costs associated with their service. I called and got transferred 5 times today and finally got to Sheila. She said it's how they do it and is a mandatory fee. Then why did your driver tell me it was OPTIONAL and did not mention a charge as he helped me fill out the form as a first time business shipper ? How can I give my customers an accurate quote if they themselves are not upfront with there pricing? RED FLAG, I will not be using this company again. Also this time Sheila was quite rude and had forgotten that I had spoken to her and complained about an employee the first time I spoke to her. She said she wasn't aware that it was going to a residential address but I had given this information the first time when I got the quote. I do not believe *the customer is always right* but I do believe in quality customer care and honouring what I say to my clients. Thank you for the service. At this point in time I will not be using Western Canada Express for our shipping needs.

The csr lady Donna is the most unprofessional. She is rude and makes it about her. Donna called me to schedule an appointment and I explained I needed time to call back to arrange a delivery. Called back the next day and left 2 voice messages. No return call. Called back again and Donna was there and I reminded her I calling to book a time. She starts saying "what did I take so long to call back". I told her I called yesterday during business hours and left the message 2 times. Her response was "I wasn't working and left work". Again not my problem. Asked to booked on a Wednesday and confirmed with her and she goes books it another day without notice. Here I am expecting it was Wednesday and she says it's booked for next Friday. Lack of customer service and rude. Needs to be fired.

Great staff. First you should backup to door then go in office they will off load you right away. You can watch offloading and take your ppw and back on road.

Very bad company to do business. We started doing business with them and received 3 shipments and all were damaged. Very poorly handled. The packaging from our supplier is very strong. The fabric is packed in a very strong cardboard tube with both end sealed with pvc cover. Some one has to throw from sxy to break the packaging. We were suggested to put insurance claim. Took more then a month to get response from them and we were told that as per industry standards they will give us $2 per pound. Our goods were more then $700 and they offer $2 -$4 .....? completely rip off. We took the full loss. We recommend DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
