Don't use this company if you want to get your shipment delivered on time. There is no logistic in this logistic company!!! They missed 2 scheduled appointments!!!!! Giving us lame, kids like excuses.When i called, i reached customer service manager only from 3rd time and she completely supported her unprofessional staff and their operations.

Be very careful with this company they employ very unprofessional and rude drivers that push our employees to unload skids off their trucks. Our management has had multiple issues and frustrating encounters with this company. Vitran staff do not care enough to unload their trucks when it’s their responsibility to unload the truck for us. Rude unprofessional and impolite, and later they go on your google account and leave bad reviews! Avoid this company at all costs! Employee TJ sends horrible reviews for your business as a thank you for using Vitran.

Terrible customer service. Had a scheduled delivery into house I am moving into between 12-2pm. Called 2 hours prior to confirm some details and wasn't informed of any issues. Took half day off work to be there and at 1:30pm called to check in and was told my delivery wouldn't be there until after 5! The only other availability I had was on the weekend and they refused to deliver on the weekend because it would cost them extra despite the issue on their end.... left a voicemail with a manager and got no response.

Vitran was contracted to deliver an order purchased through Baby R Us (Glider chair). During the initial arranged date, the driver apparently showed up to the location and after seeing no one at the front of the apartment building left, without contacting me. On second arrangement for the delivery - the driver finally showed up but refused to drop the glider off anywhere past the front door (common area). I stated that I paid to have the item delivered to my unit (which is outlined on their dispatch form) and I am 8 months pregnant and it was not possible for me to move the box to the elevator to get it to my unit on the fourth floor. His boss was also on the phone at this point and indicated that they would not deliver past the lobby. I also indicated that I had no help to get the box to my item and that he could use his tools to bring the box to the elevator. He removed the box from the pallet jack (a tool he could have easily used to bring the item to the elevator) and ended up repeatedly flipping the box until it was left in the public lobby. The box indicated that the item had to be left upright. I now have a possibly broken item sitting in the front lobby of my apartment.

I ordered a crib online that uses vitran transport and first day they call me they had little information of the purchased item at their warehouse and of me. Vitran and I made an appointment for me to be present at the house to receive the product that was suppose to be delivered between 8-10 am. I called them at 11am the day of delivery and they said they couldn't find the product in the warehouse. They said they would call me back once they find it. Needless to say they never called back, same as when the item was suppose to be delivered between 8-10 am you would think to call the customer. They had me on file to deliver the product but well.... couldn't find my product. Once again we spoke and made another appointment for the week ahead and here I am. Waiting for my crib. The appointment made by Angie and customer service agents are not liking their job and can't handle the capacity of the work given to them. To continue the delivery was suppose to be here NOW between 8m and 12pm and guess what. The driver called. Just to deliver bad news that he won't be here until the afternoon. Really people ?? How are these imbeciles working at all?? No regard for customers and or the essence of time management and delivery services. Seems like a bunch of hot head shoe makers got together and said hey, I have am idea. Let's start a company we know nothing about.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had an absolutely horrible shipping experience with Vitran Express with problems at every step of the shipping process. The shipment was picked up a day late. The shipment missed its "connecting truck" causing further delays. It has now been 7 days and the shipment still has not been delivered from one point in Ontario to another point in Ontario. Customer Service is practically none existent. I will never use them again and advise other not to either. Update: they lost the freight. They interlined with another carrier and could not locate the freight I shipped for 4 days. Ridiculous!

Today, Friday, April 29, at approximately 11:20 in the morning, this transport unit almost ended the lives of a family on 70 Turpine at the height of West Newton in Pennsylvania, whose irresponsibility and lack of conscience call the owners to reflection. of this transport company so that they talk to their staff and be more responsible with their lives and that of the citizens
