When picking a new racquet, you may read reviews, watch videos etc, but in order to select the correct one for YOU, there’s no better way than to actually play test the racquet and see how it feels in your hands.
Carlos facilitates this with his service - he allows you to play test numerous racquets of your choice to see which one suits your game best. He’s not only extremely helpful from beginning to end, but he was also knowledgeable about the rackets being tested.
The best part, is that, once you have chosen 2 from the ones you tested, he lets you test them on your own time for a couple days. This type of FULL SERVICE is unheard-of in Vancouver or the Lower Mainland.
If you’re looking for a new racquet, this is 100% the way to go! Carlos has my highest recommendation and will continue to do business with him for years to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carlos provided the best racquet review and testing that I’ve ever had. Nothing compares to his service. He brings plenty of racquets for you to try. He asks good questions about your tennis goals and expectations for a racquet. He plays good tennis so you are able to see the racquet performance in a variety of strokes. Once I had the two top racquets in mind, he even let me take them with me for additional testing. I highly recommend him. Will buy from him in the future for my two daughters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a newbie to the sport its tough to know what to buy and for what reason. When I called Carlos he was eager to offer to come and play with me.
He brought 10 or so rackets for us to try, of which we honed in on 5. After some play that then narrowed down to two, and eventually the winner was evident.
I can confidently say that buying a racket anywhere else would have made my future games more difficult and less fun. Great experience and Carlos will now be my go to guy for all things tennis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience with Carlos. He came out to to the tennis court to watch me playing tennis for two sessions and brought more than 10 different tennis rackets for me to demo. He provided lots of info about tennis rackets and then recommended one that he thought would suit my style best. Then brought me a brand new racket next time and watched me playing with it for more than one hour to ensure I was happy with it.
He did all that out of his own personal time without charging. His service is way superior to what I would have gotten from a tennis specialty store. On top of all this good service I got tips to improve my game.
I am going back to him for a second tennis racket, tennis shoes and other related equipment. I definite recommend him to other people. Tennis equipment is fairly technical and it is not easy to pick one that suits you best. I found Carlos’ service very effective and also generous.
