J	Jennifer Yellin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't let the name fool you - while their primary focus is tennis, they are the purveyors of all things racquet (squash, pickle ball, badminton, etc.) They also have a great selection of clothing and shoes. Staff are always professional and friendly, and they seriously "know their stuff". They also generally always have a small selection of clothing items on sale, much of which is also perfect for working out (e.g. not just for on the court).

They will string your racquets, etc. and do whatever you pay them to do, but it is night and day how they treat some customers. Like the other review posted here, they seem to get along with Caucasian customers fine but are curt and quick if you are not. It’s weird. I brought two racquets for my father here to be done but told my father what happened and he immediately decided to cancel the order. It’s not the first time, unfortunately, this kind of treatment has occurred. It seems like if you are “White” then this place would suit you but for anyone else (other Oakvillers), it would not. It’s surprising cause this is Oakville, lol, unless I’m mistaken and this kind of behaviour is common. Once more, it’s very odd yet slightly surprising.

My wife was looking for a tennis racquet and a gentleman named Ben helped her narrow down the selection of racquets based on her playing profile. After trying the racquet through their demo program we knew we found the right one. Great customer service and their staff know the product inside out. Feels great to support local businesses!

The price here is affordable and better make an appointment if u wanna do string service because it seems that staff here is quiet busy. Definitely will be back when I make some progress and need a better racquet ?

Before the first time I visited here, I checked some Google reviews and they were saying the service here is bad if you are not white so I was scared to come to this shop initially because I am an Asian. But I still made multiple visits here for different purposes. I went here for racquets demo, racquets shopping, accessories shopping and stringing service. I had very very positive experiences. The employees here are very patient and friendly, they provided me useful recommendations and advices. I am a tennis beginner so I am lack of knowledge about the strings but the stringer Ben gave me very detail explanation and the stinging work of him is just awesome! I recommend you to visit here if you have needs about tennis.
