★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently ordered shoes from Rackets and Runners. The shoes didn't fit but Rackets and Runners still went above and beyond. When my item arrived they included a nice hand-written card thanking me for my purchase. When my shoes didn't fit because of my orthotics Vanda was super helpful and had a lot of advice to offer, including an honest opinion. I returned the shoes and promptly received an email and a text advising me that my refund had been processed. You just don't get this kind of service any more. When I'm ready to buy a new racket, another pair of shoes or some tennis clothes I will make a point of purchasing Rackets and Runners. Thank you

Was able to get help on string specs over the phone within minutes and placed my order in online. My racquet was shipped the next day. Very impressed.

As almost everyone has mentioned, the customer service is very good. No upselling, no pressure, just real assistance.
I'll be coming back regularly. No choice really, I break my strings fairly often.

The staff are not only immensely kind and professional, but they are knowledgeable about the different types of products they carry. Time and time again they have provided us with the best support and advice around selecting the right shoe, ensure the fit is perfect. We can't thank you all enough and are so happy to support a locally operated neighbourhood shop! The lady there went an extra mile to fit my budget and give me a fit and nicely designed pair of shoes. Plus, she gave me very insightful advice. A shop you can trust and will definately recommended to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year I was recommended to go to this store to buy a pair of runners by a family member. I received exceptional customer service by Vanda. She was very knowledgeable and greatly assisted with narrowing down the choices. A year later shoes needed to be replaced and there was no doubt where I was going. Once again Vanda and the other employees did not disappoint. I highly recommend this store to anybody for me it was defiantly worth the 30 minute drive. Thanks Vanda and staff another great shopping experience.
