★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are closing our account with RBC after 36 years with them. I experienced bad service with the teller and the branch manager. Other banks offer excellent service to make their customers happy and satisfied but not this bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually the worst managed branch of RBC ever. The one time I needed a tellers help I heard three other people were closing their accounts with RBC specifically because of this branch and then on top of that the teller didn’t do what I needed him to do he actually just used one of my temporary account changes instead of helping me get to the root of the problem. As well as today the only atm available in the branch can’t dispense Canadian cash…. What’s the point?
