★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much potential. I was there with you since the beginning of my career. It's really a shame. I even wrote to you about how disappointed I was. Yet I get no response from you. I have moved on to the Oakridge branch now, because I still like TD's online platforms, which is a solid 4/5 stars from me.
This branch? Not so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank manager and staff do not care about the parking lot problems and all 10+ parking spaces were used by non-banking clients. I was the only banking customer inside the bank. My car almost got hit by a rude non-banking vehicle because he wanted to back out instead of driving straight out other front exist of the parking lot. I complaint to the banking staff and they were not enforcement the parking lot rule "30 minute limit and register license plate inside bank". Very bad parking problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service at this location, I’m not sure if TD overall has lapsed in customer service or this branch is just deficient. There tellers seemed in terrible mood, were quite inefficient, told inconsistent information from other employees and overall it was very difficult to understand what they were saying. I would avoid this branch when dealing with TD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I had. Like self employed person I do work for many companies. Had 3 cheques in a row from one company.First deposited and wait for 5 business days- sure, no problem.
Second released with any problem)
This branch didn’t release third one!!! Not consistent!!! Third from same company in a row and smaller!!How can I make business with you?!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I have ever had with the TD bank. I went to increase my daily limit for e-transfer. They said they can't increase it because Iit is the limit that Interact places. And, I simply commented the $3000 limit for e-transfer is quite small these days when prices are very inflated. The TD staff said, "well it's not a lot of money for you but for others it is." How ridiculous.
