★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be the most unprofessional courier service I have ever dealt with. After speaking to their employees, explaining the entire urgent situation, I email my request as asked expecting to have this all set up. I receive a call the "Operations Leader" didn't catch his name, but could tell he was South Asian, he said the they do not do personal shipments, I proceeded to explain that this is not a personal shipment but for my company, he then proceeded to say I needed a FedEx account. I explained that I was going to be paying via my corp M/C and he said they do not take M/C. If you read this, I only gave one star because I could not give any less. The WORST! service ever, DO NOT USE them. HE told me he had to go and hung up on me! UNPROFESSIONAL!! You should not be in business if you treat clients this way.
