★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a shipment arriving to GTA Dnata warehouse with Lufthansa and we had some errors with the invoicing. We were very pleased that Tsai, Norma and team helped out and took time to look into the issue and fixed it. People at the counter were also very helpful trying to expedite the loading process as our shipment was very urgent. We thank to all the team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible terrible terrible. There’s a South Asian young lady who is the “security” for the screenings. She does not wear a mask. I asked her to wear a mask and she said “I don’t have a mask and I’m not because I’m triple VAXXED” and would not keep 2 meters from me. Terrible management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, you call and send emails for days and no one replies.
Cargo ready for pick up, truck shows up, they can not find the cargo.
They lose boxes, tell you they did a warehouse search multiple times and they don't have it, but magically 2 months later they have it. Understand the situation as I work in logistics as well but I get back to people and reply to the customers..its called customer service, dont think they know what that is.
