★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been over 48 hours since perishables arrived at facility and the goods still haven’t been broken down. All the staff is very disrespectful. disgusted how things are being done here. Few boxes always missing. I am importing seafood and they have not properly placed it in a cooler after arrival. Goods are literally spoiling in their warehouse at room temperature as they refuse to put it in cooler or to prioritize dry cargo over perishables. All the staff is overpaid and lazy, other cargo centers are much more reliable with better service. Absolutely disgusting the way things are done at Air Canada Cargo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just wanted to commend a young man named Darren at Air Canada Cargo in Mississauga for his incredible customer service helping us with a quote and routing of a parcel of Christmas gifts we were thinking of sending from Calgary to Austria. We ended up not sending the parcel because of complications at the Austria end but were so impressed with Darren's polite, patient and considerate manner that we wanted to acknowledge him somehow. Darren provided us excellent customer service. Well done Darren. Dean and Rose Ann Mutrie, Calgary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When to pick my friend’s dog. They have a token system and the staff were quick and efficient. Got the paper work, went to border agency and got the inspection done and papers stamped. Returned to Air Canada Cargo and the process was quick enough. Picked up the dog and the staff were helpful when asked for a knife to dismantle the crate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally a smooth well run operation. Well today is the exception. Nothing specific to complain about but I've been here about 3.5 hours longer than normal. When you are picking up air cargo you need to be prepared for delays.
