There’s a big fuss about cue lines and waiting time at airport these days. Absolutely NOT TRUE! I got through within 1 hour. Just one hour. No cues at check in. No cues at security check. Why all that fuss telling travellers to get 3 hours ahead for international flights? Airport personnel is just great. The missing ⭐️ is for airport authorities who spread misleading information in the media. It’s time to build trust with travellers not to create additional confusion. 3 hours before is a lame excuse for authorities to get more money from the government. Shame! No need to get 3 hours before!

Very well organized in terms of how things are dealt with for COVID-19. Fairly fast check-in and staff has been doing a great job directing passengers to where they need to go. Airport itself is stylish and spacious.

Toronto Pearson International Airport ( YYZ ) is the largest and busiest airport in Canada. It's very stylish and well organized in terms of how things are dealt with Covid-19. Check- in's are fast, and staff is doing great job as well. There is nothing not to love about Toronto Pearson; it's large, clean, and spacious, free wi-fi, amazing good eats, lots of outlets to charge phones, tablets, or laptops. There are designated areas for pick-ups for taxi, limos, and uber, etc. For the Uber Door Q is designated all the way down at the bottom floor.

Very strange and weird airport, the Gates are so randomly placed and it takes forever to reach the immigration booth. You take a bunch of escalators, stairs, and maybe lifts. You don't see many people at the airport, like it's literally empty around 2 am. Not happy with the way it's been designed. However, the staff of United was awesome. The lady at the check in was super awesome and helpful too. That's why I'm rating 3 stars, otherwise 1 star is enough.

This has become one of the the worst airports. No class, tight overly packed spaces. When I arrived they said they were understaffed and it took over 3 hours for people’s luggage to deplane after we landed. Departure from Terminal 3 feels like a bus stop. Employees are rude. Eye rolling and arguing with each other (I saw a yelling match between Air Canada employees). Departure has been pretty bad for a while… at the Noble burger bar seats have tears in them and staff speak to each other as if there in private (it’s can fun but not for kiddies) it feels like the chaos that is terminal 3 specifically in the (A13-A16gates) is spreading to the rest of the airport. Also who bright idea was it to have announcements no longer go throughout the terminal? It’s a pandemic, I shouldn’t have to stand right beside the booth to hear what rows are being boarded. The music over the speakers are louder than announcements. Absurd The second photo is how close the restaurant is to the booth and the announcements are now so low, you can barely hear them if you were stand where I took the picture

Toronto Pearson International airport is the largest and busiest airport in Canada. It is one of the best Airport . The facilities provided are Free wifi, Charging ports, Amazing eats. There are many shops inside the airport. There are many staffs who control us and provide proper instructions. They are also part of controlling covid to an extent - maintaining safe distance, wearing masks , sanitizing .

I was last here in 2010. A lot has changed in 12 years. It has a feel of one of many international airlines I frequented in the past. Many self-serve stations and kiosks. Everything can be done with smartphones. It is actually a disadvantage if you aren't technically adept. From what I have seen, everyone is wearing masks and security is enforcing mask wearing.
