★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience do not fly American airline or ship anything fragile with them I got a very expensive antique art from ecuador to bring it to Canada I flew 3 difrent airlines in South America with it and it was brought down to me at the baggage claim by hand when I flew back home I asked the American Airlines representative that this is very important to be handled with care and she said yes it would be checked in from quito ecuador to yyz toronto through Miami
They lost my luggage 3 of them they brought my bags and my art was missing had to call them cuple of times because they said there isn't anything else on my name so thy finally found it and deliverd it to the house but it was in peaces very very disappointed and I was at the airport and they lost some ladies dog how can you loose a dog like does anyo supervisor
Checks this handling guys or they do what ever they want.
Please listen to e and do not get disappointed with them bad bad bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible , horrible,horrible , horrible airline.... If you want to be sane during your flight don't take this bloody airline!! Worst experience ever! I swear ... And I'm a happy go jolly person! And travel a lot! My flight got canceled 2 times(same flight) with over a day difference! I mean come on!! And it's not like it's Christmas or 4th of July or anything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In summary, they stole $1400 from me and my wife. We had a flight credit that we could not use due to the pandemic and then due to pregnancy. We just want our money back, but we're willing to travel next year too when it's more safe for our baby. But American airlines said they were pleased to announce an update that doesn't honour our flight credits from 2019 which were extended only until the borders were STILL CLOSED!! This is a company that represents the US in their name "American Airlines" absolute garbage organization I feel bad for the customer service reps who have to speak between customers and the thieves that run the organization. Give us our money back or at least the credit and you'll have earned the 1 star I gave (should be 0 or a negative value).
