First time buying a trailer. Our experience was enhanced and pleasurable due to the knowledge and professionalism of the sales team. Special thanks to Dave, Christian and the maintenance team.

Darcie at Grande Prairie Woodys RV was very helpful, got us what we wanted within 15 minutes of the paper work amd phone call(s). When we walked in we were approached and assisted. Highly recommend this to be the place to get your wants and needs. Thank you for our new purchase of the travel trailer!

Poor customer service with returns, woman said it’s company policy they don’t do returns Saturdays, you need to do it Monday to Friday between their working hours 8-5 ... when normal people are working btw. My son in law tries to return the toilet valve that didn’t match up even though we took the toilet into town so they could match up the parts, same snotty employee 2 days later told him it looks used, we can’t return it, he said ours had 2 locking tabs and this one is 4 there’s no possible way it will fit. She then instructed him to just cut 2 or the 4 locking tabs off so it will fit, after huffing like a 13 year old that just got grounded, she calls the boss and says “there’s this GUY here trying to do a return and I have no idea why”. Eventually giving him the money back. This employee will ruin your business and such attitudes should not be working with the public.

Firstly, It should be noted that we have now owned our travel trailer for over a year. I wanted to wait before writing a review because it’s not just the service that needs to be commented on, but problems arise after the fact and I wanted this to be as honest and transparent as possible. To begin we have a 19RLE Travel Trailer built by Grand Design. The reasoning behind this is we wanted something that would be a 4-season trailer that I could use while working up north. Secondly, I made sure to state multiple times, “it must have everything needed to be able to run anything without a generator: a complete solar hook up.” Assured this would be no issue at all. I know it will cost, however for my purposes it’s needed. Sales are great at selling, and they did a great job and for that I give them a 5 out 5 because there was no pressure at all, and all the information was given. The trailer itself I’d give a 3 out of 5 because it matches everything we need, however after purchasing later was told by those who fix them that they wouldn’t take this out and use it in any colder than -20C… Really Canadian. The problem, and reasoning why I am giving this a 1 out of 5 is when the solar was to be hooked up; yes it cost us extra; just under $2000, but that was only for the panel; to charge the battery. I looked high and low for the inverter after nothing was working, spent a few hours with their office trouble shooting the issue to find one had not been put in. It would now cost us extra to put one in, despite the fact asking explicitly for this; my problem, didn’t read word for word in the contract. But that hit a sore spot for sure. Needing to go back and get this all done but wanted to enjoy some camping while we could. Bought the whole package including the very expensive generator. Everything is included, but you’ll need to spend more if you want to dump your trailer; new hoses and what not are extra. Now here’s where it goes from a 3 out of 5 to the 1. We got a flat tire, and thankfully it was parked in the driveway. Your truck tire iron will not fit, so go into their sealed back and break open the tire iron you wish you didn’t have to, but you are thankful you have. The tire iron they supplied us…. Is too big. I want you to think hard about this because to some this may be a small thing, but if I have a flat where we all go camping aka in the middle of the wild, and what they supply us doesn’t fit… if you don’t have the tools you need to either ask someone, or you’re out of luck. Not cool! Overall I have now gone to Canadian tire and purchased all the required tools that should have been supplied by Woody’s but wasn’t. It’s been a frustrating process, but we’ve learnt that Salesmen can sell, but only until you venture and use the items do you really find out what you bought, and if you were run for a loop. 1 out of 5. If you need to double check everything to ensure in an emergency, you’re going to be okay because the tool they supply don’t work; if you can no longer trust that it’s not about what you need, but more about the sale; then it’s not the place to be at.

Never get service work or repairs done at the Grande Prairie location. They installed a new hot water take and did a spring inspection. Used the camper 1 time no hot water and had furnace problems. the have had my unit all summer still not done and no idea when it will be

Traded the old trailer in for a new 32’ Transcend trailer. This place is great, they are very knowledgeable about there products, gave us a good walk through of the different models in the show room. After a bit of discussion we decided on the 265BH for our family of 4. We found this had all the features needed for our lifestyle. I will say do your walk around with the team to make sure nothing is missed so you get the full run trough of how to use your new RV. In all the whole team is the best we have encountered for any big purchase. Thanks to Rick & BEV for making it happen. Aitken family

We purchased a 2020 Grande Design fifth wheel off of this dealership. Very pleased with this unit and especially with the service department. We have been treated very well there. We traded off our 1 year old pull trailer with Rick Carnahan and chose Woody's due to the excellent service we had received on the previous trailer, that had not been purchased at a Woody's. James Innes, in the Service Department is a very refreshing Service Adviser and gives reasonable advice, as well. Highly recommended dealership, all helpful friendly staff.

We were on the hunt for a travel trailer ASAP. Spent two days at Woodys, finally decided on a couple options. After sitting down with financing, they have never called us back. I also sent an email to let the team know we went elsewhere. Approved or not, in any business it’s important to call your clients back, as situations can change and you will lose business. We went to a dealer across the road, and found a great trailer and approved within the same day! Word of advice would to be definitely keep your options open if you are applying here! Unfortunately I would definitely recommend another dealer, moving forward to any networks I make one close friends. Prior to not being contacted the sales manager Dave was very patient !
