★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the best experience at Western RV. My husband and I went looking at different types of 5th wheels and they showed us a lot of different types and we found one that really like. Not pushing sales people there they listened to what we were looking for and we found one. Staff is amazing very polite ( and dancing by photocopier lol ).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good ! Sales people didn't have time for us. They left us sitting in a hot RV while they were in an air-conditioned office. They were not busy with customers. Sails girl got upset ? with my friend and left us. We are looking to perches an RV. Will not go back !

After trying to buy a trailer sight unseen Darren went above and beyond to not only find us another trailer that would suit our family at a sister store but also lining us up with a salesman who was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with (Dale at Aldersyde). We were so grateful to the extra effort Darren put in to making sure we had a trailer that was reliable and a seamless experience.
I honestly didn’t believe that customer service like this existed anymore but I was so impressed with all that this store did for our family. Great people, great service and great end result!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently bought a 2 year old bumper tow travel trailer. Experience was pretty much great from beginning to end; Sales, Finance, and Service walk through was fantastic. Their cleaning was not up to par; Darren, the Sales Manager, came through to address my concerns that was more than I expected. Would rate 6 stars if I could!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice people to deal with and we're quick to fix an issue we had on our new trailer, but the PDI inspection was a joke. That wasn't done properly, the lights were wired wrong from factory, the trailer wasn't cleaned, they did fill the propane tanks but only put a little bit of fuel in the fuel cell even though the PDI said fuel which to me means fueled up. Definitely wasn't worth the $496

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely a great team! Between the sales lady (Rebecca) the Manger and the guy out on the lot that showed us everything we need to know about our trailer all did an amazing job. We had to drive 5 hours to pick it up on short notice and everyone was able to be there to help us. The finance lady Bonnie even came in on her day off to help us. We just picked it up today so unsure how the follow ups will be but so far there was no b.s and positive review for everyone we had a pleasure of dealing with!! 10 outa 10 for sure!
