★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New rear leafs installed, truck kinda steered differently, So i took for alignment: found out rear axle installed crooked (1leaf was backwards), accelerated tire wear, dangerous handling....
Bradvin manager would not cover alignment cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff does not communicate, orders incomplete and very frustrating experience. If you have to go through the effort and cost to travel to GP to get parts from this business then save your money and order from Edmonton!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough good things about Bradvin. My utility trailer I use for hunting had a bearing go while we were in camp. Phoned around, and Bradvin was the only hope in getting me back on the road. Drove in from hunting camp and the parts / service fellow (Neal?) was super helpful and friendly. Bradvin basically dropped everything and fixed me up with 2 new bearing hubs and races; installed; and on the road for a very reasonable price. Customer service and attention was No.1 Thank you guys again so much for helping out me and my son back in early September. We did get an Elk and 2 Bull Moose and my trailer with its new bearings and hubs hauled them out !! You guys are fantastic !! Mike Cubrilo - Stony Plain, AB

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at Bradvin were nice, helpful and went out of their way to help us out. We had a broken leaf spring bold and even though their bays were full they had me pull our 5th wheel out back to fix the the leaf speing. They even fabercated new structure parts needed for the repair. They guyes even stayed late to help me out.

We can’t say enough about how wonderful everyone we dealt with at Bradvin were. They were professional, so helpful and very very accommodating!
We had our brakes checked at a different location and city a week prior and were still having issues. It was discovered that we had no brake pads 4/6 brakes. Bradvin was able to help us get the parts ordered and installed to get us on our way.
We phoned a few times with various enquires and requests and they were always so nice, patient and accommodating.
Thank you for your time and professionalism and getting us back on the road!
