★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at the Costco business centre to address a wireless issue, I scanned into the queue line. I had to wait for over 2 hours and still didn’t receive any service. I attempted to ask the associates working for help, they informed me to wait in the queue line. I have waited for over 2 hours and I’m continually being told to wait and they will be with me in just a minute. The female associate working did not seem to know what she was doing, as she kept running around back and forth within her booth. She attempted to jump customers in the queue line ahead of us as well. Very poor service and unacceptable wait times.

Also got our bill a lot cheaper with more data too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We worked with Aman in December at the Edmonton Costco Business Centre to upgrade our phones and cell plans. Aman worked diligently to get us what we needed. Unfortunately our carrier messed up the plan shortly thereafter. Went in to see Aman after our carrier wouldn’t do anything and Aman rose to the occasion and got everything worked out to my satisfaction. Thank you Aman!

We have been in several times for assistance and Aman goes over and beyond to get us back on track. Very pleasant young lady. I would recommend her to friends and family.
