★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be cautious of staff trying to up sell you here. I was there tonight and mentioned buying an iPhone Xs Max and an iPhone XR as a gift(which isn’t out yet) and the girl working there went into full ‘do not buy the iPhone XR, it’s just and iPhone 5, spend a couple hundred more for the Max’. Pretty hard to make assumptions on a phone that isn’t out yet, especially when the specs are very different from a 6 year old phone. She said a bunch of false information thinking I didn’t know anything about the phones. Also $600 extra isn’t a couple hundred extra. I’ve never had problems at a Fido store but be very cautious of false information from this store just to earn extra commission.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called 5 Bell locations asking about cellphones and they were ALL jerks! Somebody suggested I call Fido, I spoke to a rep named Julie. This Fido location wasn't able to offer what I needed, but Julie was very friendly AND helpful. She answered all my questions even though she knew I wouldn't be purchasing a phone. I will definitely consider this location next time and will recommend to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by this past weekend looking for an otterbox. Phil at the booth was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Gave his honest opinion on the products I was looking for, rather than just trying to make a quick sale. Ended up purchasing off of him and I'm definitely glad I did.
