★ ★ ★ ★ ★ honestly i do not know where to begin , these guys are a straight up scam. if i could leave a zero star i would. first off i went in to get the back glass on my iPhone xr repaired, simple fix right ? they said it would take 1 hour so i gave them my phone and a 50 dollar deposit. i walk around this mall for 1 hour and return to the store, to only hear it will be another hour. fine i will wait as i have no other option. i return an hour later and to my surprise it looked good but they tried to steal my original glass backing. i asked where is the original glass backing, the salesmen says " we usually keep them for parts" with no consent did i say he could keep my original backing for parts. he gave me the back i payed the man and i left. now i am getting a message that says "important battery message" the phone is unable to verify my battery is a verified apple battery, which leads me to believe they have stolen my original apple battery. from other reviews i have read there is no point for me to go in and try to fight to get my money back from these scammers, as they act unprofessional and do not return emails or calls. all in all stay away from Cellular X Cellphone Repair, do not waste your time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently got my Note 4 repaired at this place at a great price - they offered the best value compared to other stores in the mall. Repair was done within an hour. Their customer service was great - found their store personnel to be very friendly and helpful in explaining the issue with my phone. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

They were able to fix my phone in such a short period of time and gave me a discount when I came to fix my screen for the second time. The staff was very friendly and professional. I will definitely be back if I have any phone problems in the future.

The attendants are always very pleasant, accommodating and always provide a solution for whatever your problem may be. It is so good to have excellent customer service from the minute you step into the store. I believe the Pickering store is the model of what a customer should experience when they enter a store. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They messed up my screen 3 times...When I first went to get my samsung repaired they replaced the old screen, with a screen that was faulty.Certain buttons on the screen were not working.Had to go back they said they would replace it but did not have the part.Went back and they replaced it with a faulty screen again.When I went home the next day my phone had lines across the screen. They said there is nothing they can do about it.They refused to give a refund and said that there was physical damage .When this was not the case because the phone was fine prior. Would not recommend.

He ordered the battery for me with a small deposit and once it arrived, he completed the replacement at the agreed upon time, quickly. The total cost was significantly lower than a quote I received from another local repair centre. I was very pleased and will be recommending this repair centre to family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT COME FOR REPAIRS
Gave phone a week in advance before my vacation to fix my back camera & lense which they fixed but claimed my HOME BUTTON broke then got phone back FLASHLIGHT didn’t work, fixed that then my FRONT CAMERA didn’t work as well as a new CRACK on the back glass after repairs they did not return my PHONE CASE had to ask for that.
Best part is they stole my APPLE BATTERY so I paged them and the owner made up an excuse but I found in the reviews a year ago they stole someone else’s battery and front desk had no response and said it was a “mistake”.
So basically went on my vacation without a phone due to repeated mistakes and I got lucky he forgot to give me the WAIVER to sign if I signed I would have had to pay around 200$ extra for their mistakes.
ALWAYS read the Reviews, go to reputable places pay more money and get the job done right. I appreciate their efforts but their technicians & answers weren’t legit hope no one goes thru what I did for a week stressful process & sketchy. Read these review and you'll know real from fake.
