Price: The website advertises $70 for a lash lift and tint on the website but she charged $85.
Cleanliness: The place was not clean which is a bit concerning when someone is providing aesthetic services and I'm far from being a neat freak.
Service Quality: Super disappointing that it's 2 hours since my appointment and a couple of lashes were not properly lifted and are curled downwards. I did wonder about her being so fast in shaping the lashed.
Professionalism: This is a home-based business; I got sneak attacked by an infrared scanner to the head to take my temperature with no advanced warning. If properly asked for permission, I would have left with no hard feelings, as I respect her policy as long as my person choice to leave is respected. Interesting that Jen did not take her own temperature for me or her children's temperatures when they returned home from school and one was well within 6 feet of me without a mask on.

When I went to another place (as Jennifer was booked the day I wanted to go in), my boyfriend commented on the 'night and day' difference. I highly recommend Jennifer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to Wink for years, and I absolutely love the results. Jennifer offers a variety of great products, but lash extensions are by far my favourite. I have naturally very short blonde lashes and these make all the difference for me! She also has a huge variety of lengths, colours, and styles!!
It’s also very important to note that Jennifer keeps a clean workspace and follows the current health precautions. I love that she has a door to her office, and always wears a mask. She takes infrared temperatures upon arrival (like most places do) which I appreciate, because I know she’s keeping herself healthy to continue to provide services to the rest of us!
