Infact, I live in White Rock and have been travelling all the way to Port Coquitlam for the past 4 years because I loved my previous facial technician. She ended up moving away and Heidi came highly recommended and she did not disappoint! She is very thorough and very knowledgable and provides excellent customer service. She does regular follow-ups with me and gives me excellent advice regularly about what might be a good idea for my type of skin. She always goes above and beyond and I have noticed a major difference in my skin. I always look forward to my appointments with her and I love her products and machines. I would never go anywhere else and highly, highly recommend her!

I came across Heidi's Instagram @whiterockskincarespa and was impressed by her informative videos and knowledge. I reached out to her to book an appointment and she was very prompt in replying and accommodating to my schedule. I booked a Signature Customized Glow facial with her for my first facial and it was a truly relaxing and pleasant experience! Her spa is lovely with a serene atmosphere. For my first facial, she explained each step along the way which I appreciated. I felt so relaxed for the whole experience and very comfortable with her. She outlined a nice plan for me leading up to my wedding and recommended products for me based on my skin care needs. I would highly recommend her spa for anyone looking for facial services from a well-trained, knowledgeable, and lovely professional aesthetician like Heidi. 5/5
