★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Windsor Ford has always been a very professional, friendly, and helpful place for all my vehicle needs. I bought a truck from them 3 years ago now and my salesman Abe still contacts us to make sure we are still satisfied with the truck. Any issues or questions we may have Abe is always quick to give us a hand. For this reason, I recently purchased another vehicle from Abe in an emergency situation. I called Abe personally and he knew exactly who I was and was ready to help me out. He checked out the second hand car himself for me and gave me honest, great advice. I drove off the lot with that car in 2 days. I will forever only trust Abe and the Windsor Ford team when purchasing a new or used vehicle. Cannot reccomend them enough!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service at this Windsor Ford has got to be the absolute worst I have ever seen. I’ve gone to them twice for problems and they’ve given me even bigger problems and no solutions. New skid plate from them cost $200 for terrible fabric that bends, and when the bolts fell out they refused to help me because they couldn’t put the invoice of me buying a skid plate from them and installing in their system. GIVE YOUR HEAD A SHAKE FORD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience at Windsor Ford. Everyone from our sales person Edgar, to Jenn in finance was great to work with. We had low pressure options, and left feeling like we got exactly what we wanted. Would happily recommend Windsor Ford to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice service. Everything was done very professionally. I'm just surprised that the steering wheel sensor recall for the 2009 Ford escape wasn't active for my Vin even though it's a known problem for that model. Went in for the recall to be carried out, ended up paying for it. I guess it's different strokes for us ford users in canada. Great service though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! I had a deal on a vehicle in their lot on a Monday, we applied for financing on Tuesday. And never received a call so I had to call back (this was on Saturday) we have our kids loaded up in the car and ready to head out to complete the deal on this vehicle. Bear in mind we live 2 hours away. Of which I was told there was a deposit put on the vehicle. I said I didn’t put a deposit and was never offered that option. To which my salesman was apparently out sick, no one in the sales team communicates apparently, and someone else had put a deposit on it Wednesday. So then I talk yo the sales manager, they call one of the owners, I tell them that they should make this right as I had the first deal on this unit and financing sent in. So they decide to hold to the deal that had the deposit, when they never did give me this option. The lack of communication and doing the right thing just isn’t there. Better to take your money else where people. They have just lost all of my families business!! I also have text messages back and forth to prove this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in to get an issue rectified with my wiper blades while working in the area. I was short on time as I had to get back to the job site. Chase Poppe and his team of technicians got my issue sorted out and got me on my way with a short turn around. Amazing customer service and professional conduct. Being a loyal Ford customer for several decades, this is honestly the best service I’ve received from Ford in recent memory. Cheers to a great job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing experience from start to finish. They helped me pull off surprising my husband with a new truck. Dorian and all the team truly went above and beyond. Had a baby at home they worked around me so I didn't have to come in until pick up day. My husband loves his new truck. 100% recommend, fabulous customer services and finance was great to work with!
