★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a 2016 T680 dropped off for an inspection prior to purchasing it. The dealership stored it in their secured lot for a week until I was able to come to pick it up. Ashley was my service advisor and she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable every time I spoke to her on the phone or in person. She sent me a summary of all the minor issues that would need to be fixed before the next CVIP and at no time pressured me into getting them to do the work.
When the truck wouldn't start, they offered to boost it. The batteries were original and the Les the foreman suggested replacing them as I probably would've needed new ones soon anyways. On short notice and with only 1 mechanic left late in the day they dropped what they were working on and helped me get on my way back to Edmonton.
While waiting I chatted up Jonathon in the parts department about possible add ons for my new truck and even though knowing he knew I wasn't purchasing anything that day he still took the time to suggest products and the comparisons/benefits of each.
Renee, another service advisor was super pleasant when I came back before closing to pick up my truck. She took pictures of me backing out my new truck for the 1st time and texted them to me.
Everyone at this dealership was a joy to deal with and if I am ever up that way for work, I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else.
Highly recommend this dealership whether you have a kenworth or another make!
