★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to willow pharmacy around 5pm for my booster shot yesterday. Very poor customer service, cold treatment, grumpy and unfriendly staff. After my shot, Erika told me, "It's done, you can go home now." No concern to the patient at all. I was surprised that she said that to me because it's a protocol that once vaccination is done, the patient was asked to wait for 15 mins after to see how their body will react to the vaccine! I will never go back to that pharmacy again.
