β β β β β I went through Will to buy my first condo, and as a first-time home buyer he really made the whole process easy and stress free. I felt that Will really looked out for my interests. For example, he made sure that he read over two years of strata meeting minutes for the unit I ended up purchasing before we put our offer in. I never would have thought of this. The condo I ended up purchasing was priced quite low which resulted in a bidding war. Will knew exactly what price to bid which resulted in me getting the condo I wanted at a very good price.
